On the 6th April, 2017 we were inspected by Paul Capper of Capstone Inspections. He carried out a Type A Inaugural Inspection of every aspect of the course. Capstone Inspections is an independent company ensuring that all new ropes courses are built to the latest European Ropes Course Association (ERCA) standards. Each year the course is re certified and our latest certificate is available here. Any questions relating to the inspection process can be answered via his website http://www.capstone-inspections.com/ or 077366 41420.
Our second course was inspected on the 22nd March, 2018 by Capstone Inspections. The second certificate can be found here.
On request we can send you the detailed breakdown of our inspection report that details every aspect of our operation.
We use the ZAZA2 safety system made by Coudou Pro (www.coudoupro.com). This is a single line system which means that at no point can you become detached from the safety line. As such it is categorised as a Type E safety system by ERCA, the safest system possible.
Our standards meet and exceed the ropes course standard EN 15567 Parts 1 and 2. Daily checks are made before any member of the public is allowed onto the course, along with detailed monthly checks and an independent annual inspection.
We are fully insured for £10,000,000 public liability. (click here for document)
The course builder, operator and senior instructor is Samuel Woodings who is a fully qualified ERCA High and Low Ropes Instructor (click here for certificate).
All our staff are fully trained, have first aid training along with any other appropriate qualifications. You're in safe hands.
