For £149, the named pass holder can enjoy unlimited visits to our standard public ropes sessions for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The pass covers all six of our ropes courses, provided the pass holder meets the normal participation requirements for each course.

After purchasing your pass, we will send you a personal annual-pass booking link. Use this link whenever you would like to visit and select one of the available public ropes sessions.

Your pass is linked to you personally and cannot be shared with anyone else. We may also keep a photograph of the pass holder so that our team can quickly confirm their membership when they arrive.

Once checked in, the normal consent, harness fitting, safety briefing and instructor checks still apply. Then you are ready to head into the trees.

ANNUAL PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PASS VALIDITY

The Annual Ropes Pass is valid for one named person for 12 months from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically.

2. NAMED PASS HOLDER

The pass is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be shared, resold, exchanged or used to make bookings for another person.

Wild Pines Park may request confirmation of the pass holder’s identity when they arrive.

3. WHAT THE PASS INCLUDES

The pass includes visits to standard public ropes course sessions during its validity period.

It does not include private hire, birthday parties, school or group bookings, special or seasonal events, Night Time Adventure sessions, food, merchandise, add-ons or other activities unless Wild Pines Park specifically confirms otherwise.

4. BOOKING VISITS

Every visit must be booked using the pass holder’s personal annual pass booking link.

A maximum of three future bookings may be held at one time.

Bookings made through the annual pass codes are for the named pass holder only. Any additional participants must make and pay for their own booking.

5. AVAILABILITY

All bookings are subject to our advertised opening dates, available session capacity, course availability, weather conditions, maintenance, operational requirements and instructor safety decisions.

The pass does not guarantee access on a particular date, at a particular time or to a particular course.

6. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

The normal participation rules apply during every visit. These include our age, height, weight, supervision, clothing, consent and safety requirements.

The pass holder must follow all safety instructions given by Wild Pines Park staff.

7. CANCELLING A BOOKING

If the pass holder cannot attend, the booking should be cancelled or moved as early as reasonably possible so that the space can be made available to somebody else.

Repeated failure to attend booked sessions may result in annual pass booking access being temporarily suspended.

8. MISUSE

Sharing the pass or personal booking link, booking for another person, providing misleading information or repeatedly failing to follow safety instructions may result in the pass being suspended or cancelled.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Requests to cancel an annual pass or receive a refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where the pass has already been used, the value of services already received may be taken into account when calculating any refund that is legally due.

Nothing in these terms affects the customer’s statutory rights.

10. PASS HOLDER PHOTOGRAPH

Wild Pines Park may record a photograph of the pass holder for identification and pass-administration purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Wild Pines Park Privacy Policy.
