The challenge of the winter months

We do so much work in the winter, planning, building, repairing, creating new ideas and so much training. What happens in the off season is often little understood on a day to day basis but it is this that underpins everything we do here in the park. The time and dedication in the cold, wind and rain only really shines when spring arrives.

When you visit us, hopefully now we are open again, you can chat to the staff and get an idea of what has taken place and our methodology behind what we do and why it is so important to put so much emphasis on our customers happiness.

People take away memories, overcoming fears, bonding with their friends and family and our job is to facilitate this with a genuine, kind approach. We look forward to seeing you here over the coming year.
